Protecting the safety and health of our employees and being responsible stewards of the environment are essential priorities for BL KHADEM INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES LLC and compliance with safety, health and environmental laws and regulations is the minimum standard of performance.

The following guide lines have been practiced:

• Safety drill is being performed every week from the in house safert officer.
• Ensuring all the operators and drivers equiped with safety equipments and checking are they correctly assessed and competent to operate the equipment.
• Ensure that all the out side vehicles and equipment are complying our safety requirement and checking the relevant safety devices.
• Recording the fault of all equipment and vehicles and ensures that the correct measures are carried out for dealing with these faults.
• Rewarding operators who are good at safery & motivating others to follow the same.
